Room size

The hotel was clean and provided all the necessary amenities such as hair dryer, shampoo/body wash, razors. They have a coffee and tea machine (and pastries i think?) downstairs which was really nice. Staff was very kind too and its in a pretty central and convenient location

Great value for money, you cannot control the air conditioner temperature, but it didn’t bother me, short walk from Ikeburuo station, clean with a good shower

Great breakfast options with a gym next door and many shopping areas down the street. If you want to experience convenience stay here. Many public transportation options nearby and a helpful staff.

The location, just a few minutes walk to the train station and close to Sunshine City. I also liked the cleanliness of the hotel. Have to give a thumbs up to the cleaning team. They did a very good job keeping the room clean everyday.

There were 3 lightbulbs, one was already broken when I first checked in and walked into the room. The second lightbulb went out on the final day of my stay, which made the room pretty dark. The free food downstairs, I was curious and grabbed an egg tart one day, it tasted awful and I felt like eating plastic. But since it was free, so no complaints but I wouldn’t recommend. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough, so water was leaking through the gaps everyday I took a shower. I wish they had a longer curtain. Other than these 3 everything was great.

Location location location. Very near Ikebukuro Station, third busiest in the world, with several train lines, train operators, the subway and bus lines. Located in the midst of shopping, eating and drinking. The room has a walk-in shower which is perfect for the elderly and persons with mobility issues. The staff was great.

The room was very small, but not unexpected for a Japanese “business” hotel. The positives heavily outweigh this tiny aspect. Except for bathing and sleeping we were never in the room.

The hotel is safe and good location.

The room wall is thin. We can hear the noise from outside and the room next to us.

The hotel has the welcome drink and snack corner which is very good

Staff is strict with the 3pm check-in rules. When i arrived at 2:45pm that day, staff said the check-in time should be 3pm which i think is not that flexible and a bit disappointing for me.

Nice hotel staff. Lots of accessible restaurants and shops close by. A few minutes walk to train stations and bus. Recommended.

The location is very convenient to a train line making it easy get around plus walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

The hotel controls the air conditioning in the room. I need it cold to sleep. I did not sleep well as i was not comfortable. The hotel states having a gym. IF you search the fine print you will see there is an extra charge but I didn't expect to go to the gym next door and have to pay $15.00 USD to use a gym. I could have booked a hotel for $15. more and had a gym and ac that worked to my satisfaction.

I like the property because it’s convenient to everything from convenient store, department stores, restaurants train station, and many more. We enjoyed our vacation and the service is good.

The room is not spacious and the is no option for 2 single bed for two people. But we managed to enjoy our vacation .

The staff was wonderful, however on two separate occasions, the staff threw away items in my room that were not to be disposed of. I specifically brought tea from South Africa with me so I could drink it in the morning and they threw it all away. And then they also threw away some cookies that I bought from the local market. They were right up against the wall and it was strange why they would throw them away.I have kept my room incredibly neat and everything was in proper order. So why would they throw those away? My teabags were rather expensive and I don’t appreciate them disposing of them when I wanted to use them daily.

[bad room but staffs are kind]The hotel is very old and the room is very small. I can tell the staff was trying their best to keep maintain a quality service but the hotel hardware just doesn't fit for the price they are charging. [facility doesn't match] One of the reason I booked the hotel is because they had a gym. But it turns out the gym is not free. you need to pay 3000 yen for a one time visit.

Good value, clean and great location near Ikebukro train station. Shopping 3-5 walk. Tons of restaurants nearby.

Small rooms. Lobby a little dated. Could use remodeling.

Location was superb! Near Ikebukuro Station where there are a lot of train lines. 7eleven is just across the street plus there are a lot of restaurants around. Walking distance to Donki, Parco and other malls and drug stores!

Centralized heating. There should be an option to help cool down the room. And beds were on the firm side.

The location was great! Close to the station and close by to everything else we wanted to do. The service was great as well, easy to check in and out and the luggage storage was also very nice and accommodating for early arrivals and departure. Hotel seemed safe as well with adequate security. Room wasn't too bad and more spacious that expected. The shower was great and I appreciate having a mini fridge.

The beds were overall really hard for sleeping and the lighting could be a bit brighter.

Convenient location

I was told there will be no room cleaning service on 2nd day but will still replace towels and clear rubbish. But it didn’t happen…

The bathroom has body spray function. Bed is very firm. The breakfast was okay, but it has a very nice sweetened ice water drink. Close to places I wanted to visit in lkebukuro and a 24 hour gym nearby.

A little cool inside the room due to centralized heating but nothing bad. The Italian restaurant doesn't serve Italian until lunch and dinner.
